The hotel had great transportation options, including free public transport into the nearby city. It was located opposite a beautiful tree-covered hill and was close to many highlights in the Black Forest. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely breathtaking, situated on the main street in a small village amidst the beautiful settings of Glottertal. It was so convenient to have easy access to the auto route, making it a breeze to explore the surrounding areas. The staff here were incredible, always friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping did a great job in keeping everything clean and tidy.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this part of Germany. The amenities and services provided are top-notch, and the staff truly make you feel at home.

Set in a picturesque setting with a river running through it, this hotel is the perfect location to explore the beautiful Black Forest region. Our spacious room had views of the little stream, and the bathroom was generously sized. the friendly staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was fantastic. the small spa was a great place to relax after a day of hiking.
The beds were quite hard and uncomfortable leading to aches and pains in the morning.

Excellent food and a charming atmosphere. I was delighted when the staff surprised me with a beautifully decorated birthday breakfast. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby Black Forest and it's always my favorite place to stay when visiting Europa Park. I highly recommend this hotel!

had a restful and enjoyable stay driving to the lake, Schwarzenberg exceeded expectations with friendly staff, great food, and beautiful festive decorations. Spa facilities were a bonus, breakfast was lovely, and the room was spacious with a generous balcony. A truly relaxing experience.
